On the morning of July 30, 2016, a tragedy unfolded in a quiet residential neighborhood in Bridgeton, Missouri, when local law enforcement responded to a request for a welfare check at a home located in the 3600 block of Harmann Estates Court. Officers arrived at the scene around 11:40 a.m. and were forced to make entry into the dwelling, where they discovered a harrowing sight.
