Victoria Cheri Brown, a 28-year-old resident of Blue Springs, Missouri, tragically passed away on January 12, 2017, in Kansas City, Missouri. Born on June 9, 1988, in Rochester, New York, Victoria was a dedicated educator who graduated from the University of Missouri with a Master’s Degree in Education.
