Warren Jackson III, a 23-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on January 27, 2017. The incident occurred near East 55th Street and The Paseo, where Kansas City police responded to reports of shots fired around 9:50 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Jackson suffering from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle.
