Andre L. Barnes, aged 49, tragically lost his life on July 1, 2017, in Kansas City, Missouri. Barnes was one of three men from Tulsa, Oklahoma, who were killed during a violent weekend that saw seven people lose their lives and 15 shootings occur in Kansas City. The other victims were 31-year-old John W. Waldon and 46-year-old Darren L. Harris. The deaths of these men were part of two separate shooting incidents that took place over the same weekend.
