In the late afternoon of a September day in Kansas City, Missouri, the life of 20-year-old Robiell Avila, a male, was tragically cut short. On September 21, 2019, in the parking lot of the View High Lake Apartments, a gated community in the southern part of the city, Avila was shot and killed. Another man who was with him at the time was also shot and rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
