Donald Coty, a 20-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on January 10, 2017. He was found fatally shot in a vehicle that was riddled with bullets and left idling in the street with its engine running. The incident occurred around 8:46 PM at the intersection of 12th Street and Paseo Boulevard.
