Frank Elliott Raney Jr., a 24-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically found dead on July 8, 2017. His body was discovered inside a car at the intersection of Bannister Road and McGee Street. The Kansas City Police Department responded to a call about a shooting around 6 a.m. that morning. Upon arrival, they found Raney with apparent gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene by the fire department.
