Tiffany Fleming, aged 27, tragically lost her life on July 30, 2017, in a murder-suicide incident in Highland Springs, Missouri. The perpetrator was Dr. Robert O'Block, a 66-year-old author and founder of several forensic and security-related organizations. According to the Greene County Sheriff's Office, O'Block shot and killed Fleming before turning the gun on himself at his home on Kingswood Drive in the Highland Springs subdivision.
