Eliud Lisboa, a 46-year-old resident of Independence, Missouri, tragically passed away on September 26, 2017. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred in the 600 block of N. Peck Court in Independence. According to reports, Eliud Lisboa was involved in an altercation outside a residence when shots were fired. Witnesses stated that two men, including Lisboa, were seen exchanging gunfire. Unfortunately, Lisboa was unarmed at the time he was shot.
