In the autumn of 2017, a life was tragically cut short in a trailer park in Independence, Missouri. On the afternoon of Saturday, October 28th, shots rang out in the 12800 block of East 47th Street, leaving two people wounded. One of the victims, 29-year-old Brandan Ray Brown, succumbed to his injuries.
