Richard A. Denny, a 34-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on November 15, 2019, in Independence, Missouri. The incident occurred in the early morning hours near East 15th Street and South Hedges Avenue. According to reports, police responded to a call about a double shooting at approximately 6:50 a.m. Upon arrival, they found two individuals who had been shot.
