Bobby L. Mullins II, a 26-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2014, in Independence, Missouri. The incident occurred at a Shell gas station near 40 Highway and Blue Ridge Cutoff around 10 p.m. According to court documents and surveillance footage, Mullins was shot in the head by Shawn M.
