Donald Lee McIntosh Jr., aged 38, tragically lost his life on March 24, 2019, in Independence, Missouri. The incident occurred at a residence located at 2910 S. Forest Ave., where McIntosh was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was discovered on the bedroom floor and was subsequently transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
