Lamon Edwards Clark-Bey Jr., a 23-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2017. He was born on February 17, 1994, in Kansas City to Lamon E. Clark Sr. and Christine Jackson. On the day of his death, officers from the Kansas City Missouri Police Department were dispatched to Research Medical Center at approximately 4:06 PM in response to a shooting incident.
