On the afternoon of November 12, 2017, a frantic scene unfolded outside the Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. At approximately 4:06 p.m., a white Dodge Charger pulled up to the hospital's emergency entrance carrying multiple individuals who had been caught in a violent shooting.
