Raymond Neal, a 34-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on November 25, 2017. On that day, police discovered Neal lying on the sidewalk in the 8200 block of Pelham Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
