Frank Langston, a 55-year-old utility contractor from St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on February 22, 2018. Langston was working at a job site in Berkeley, a suburb of St. Louis, when he was struck by a stray bullet. The incident occurred around 12:25 p.m. at the intersection of Fay and Canyon drives. Langston was performing his duties for the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) when he was hit in the lower body by a bullet fired during a nearby altercation.
