Robert Clemons Jr., a 28-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 21, 2020. On that fateful day, police received a call reporting a shooting at the intersection of North Grand and Sullivan, outside the Bing Lau Chop Suey restaurant.
