Demon Higgins, a 30-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed on September 10, 2021. Higgins was found with a gunshot wound to his torso in the 4100 block of Finney Avenue. The initial investigation suggested that Higgins might have been wounded in a shooting that occurred about a block away on CD Banks Avenue around 11:30 p.m. on the same night.
