On March 4, 2018, Ronald Rattler, a 41-year-old resident of Jefferson City, Missouri, was found dead in his apartment located in the 600 block of Clark Avenue. The Jefferson City Police Department responded to a medical assistance call around 11:15 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Rattler unresponsive and confirmed his death at the scene. Initial observations indicated that Rattler had suffered at least one gunshot wound, leading authorities to classify his death as a homicide.
