On the night of Wednesday, December 12, 2018, law enforcement officers in Jefferson City, Missouri, were dispatched to a residence following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival at the scene, police discovered two victims who had sustained gunshot wounds during the incident. One of the individuals, identified as 33-year-old male Justin Ray Kammerich, was found in critical condition.
