D'Angelo Bratton-Bland, a 23-year-old student from Chicago, was tragically shot and killed on December 11, 2018, in Jefferson City, Missouri. Bratton-Bland was attending Lincoln University, where he was a senior majoring in elementary education and served as the president of the Student Government Association.
