In the spring of 2019, a life was tragically cut short in Jefferson City, Missouri. A young man, 20-year-old Robert Scott, was killed by gunfire on Saturday, April 13th. The fatal shooting occurred during a large party that was taking place on Hickory Street. In addition to Scott's death, a second person was wounded in the incident. The event sent ripples of grief and concern through the community as authorities began their investigation into the violent affair.
