Donte Parks, a 28-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 28, 2018. The circumstances surrounding his death were violent, as he was fatally shot. The incident occurred in the 4000 block of Fair Avenue near the northwest corner of Fairground Park. Parks was found dead at the scene when the police arrived.
