Shanterria Edwards, a 26-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost her life on August 5, 2018. Shanterria was sitting inside her vehicle in the parking lot of the Legacy Apartment Complex when an unknown assailant opened fire, striking her multiple times.
