Phillip Eugene Tinker, aged 42, tragically passed away on February 17, 2019, in Boss, Missouri. Born on June 24, 1976, in Sullivan, Missouri, Phillip was a resident of Boss at the time of his death. He was predeceased by his father, Willard Eugene Tinker, and siblings, Dennis Dyer and Mary Ann Tinker.
