Steven W. Parsons, a 27-year-old resident of Independence, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 28, 2019, in Kansas City, Missouri. Steven was found shot near 21st Street and Askew Avenue alongside 31-year-old Montae Robinson. The incident occurred late on a Sunday night, and the Kansas City police were alerted by the sound of gunshots.
