Leonardo Marcedo-Sotelo

On May 29, 2009, law enforcement officials in Indianapolis, Indiana, were summoned to a residential address on the west side of the city to investigate a violent incident. The call led police to the 3501 block of Scarlet Oak Court, an area comprised of apartment dwellings where officers discovered the body of a deceased individual.
