Brian C. Bartlett, an 8-year-old boy from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on the night of August 10, 2019. Brian was asleep in his bed when a drive-by shooting occurred at his home near 83rd Terrace and Tracy Avenue. The assailants fired over two dozen bullets into the house, striking both Brian and an adult woman who was also inside.
