Joe Anna Rosi Soptic, aged 22, tragically passed away on August 31, 2019, in Saint Louis, Missouri. On that fateful day, at approximately 4:34 AM, officers responded to a call reporting "shots fired" in the 2700 block of Belt. Upon arrival, they discovered a box van fully engulfed in flames in an alley. Firefighters were called to extinguish the fire, and approximately 50-75 feet from the burning vehicle, they found the body of Joe Anna Soptic. She had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
