In the spring of 2020, the life of 35-year-old Luis Hidalgo-Limber was tragically cut short on the streets of Saint Louis, Missouri. On the evening of Friday, April 3rd, Hidalgo-Limber was in the Carondelet neighborhood when he was fatally wounded by gunfire. First responders and law enforcement were dispatched to the scene, where they discovered the aftermath of the violent encounter.
