Richard Walters, an 18-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 2, 2021. He was found fatally shot on a porch in the 4440 block of Red Bud Avenue around 8:30 p.m. that evening. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
