Tyree Matthews, a 27-year-old man from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 18, 2020. The incident occurred in a north St. Louis County apartment, where Matthews was found sleeping in the bed of a woman. The situation escalated when Damion Thomas, the father of the woman's child, entered the apartment and discovered Matthews.
