On the morning of May 18, 2020, police in Saint Louis County, Missouri, were called to the scene of a shooting at an apartment complex in the northern part of the county. Officers responded to the 2000 block of Vallette Drive around 7:15 a.m. but located the victim nearby in the 9600 block of Jacobi Avenue.
