Jerry Monroe, a 40-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 17, 2020, in a shooting incident. The incident occurred around 9:21 p.m. in the 8700 block of Link Avenue, just south of Interstate 70 in North County. Police responded to the scene and found two men with gunshot wounds. Jerry Monroe was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
