On September 14, 2024, at approximately 7:15 p.m., officers from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department's District 4 responded to a report of a shooting in the 2000 block of Bremen Avenue in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Upon arrival, they discovered an unidentified man in the driver's seat of a grey Hyundai Kona, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The individual was pronounced dead at the scene.
