Charles Lagrone, a 22-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed on August 9, 2019, in the Walnut Park West neighborhood. The incident occurred during a failed drug deal orchestrated by a group intending to rob Lagrone and his associates. According to court documents, Lagrone was lured to the 5000 block of Goodfellow Boulevard under the pretense of a drug transaction. During the encounter, he was shot and killed in a nearby parking lot.
