Mark Kuhlenberg, aged 62, was tragically found dead on August 16, 2019, in Saint Louis, Missouri. His body, along with that of 41-year-old Toni Washburn, was discovered in the back of a pickup truck at the intersection of N. Market and 11th streets. Both victims had been shot and were pronounced dead at the scene. The discovery of their bodies led to a swift investigation by the St. Louis Police Department.
