Samuel J. Mitchell, aged 18, was fatally shot on May 30, 2013, in San Francisco, California. The shooting occurred in front of a residential building at 3173 26th Street. Witnesses reported that a suspect was seen standing over Mitchell while shooting him. The suspect fled east towards Harrison Street after the incident.
