On November 17, 2007, Allen Bow, a 20-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed in San Francisco. The incident occurred at approximately 1:20 AM at the intersection of Polk Street and Frank Norris Alley. Bow was walking down the street when he became involved in a physical altercation with two suspects. During this struggle, he was fatally shot.
