On November 17, 2007, Allen Bow, a 20-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed in San Francisco. The incident occurred at approximately 1:20 AM at the intersection of Polk Street and Frank Norris Alley. Bow was walking down the street when he became involved in a physical altercation with two suspects. During this struggle, he was fatally shot.
The San Francisco Police Department has been actively investigating the case, but it remains unsolved.
In an effort to encourage witnesses to come forward, the office of the Mayor authorized a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for Bow’s death. Authorities continue to urge anyone with relevant information to contact the SFPD, with options for anonymous tips.
