Frederick Tolbert, a 24-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 2, 2020, as a result of a shooting incident. The shooting occurred on Van Brunt Boulevard, where police responded to a call early in the morning. Upon arrival, they found multiple victims, including Tolbert, who was critically injured and later succumbed to his injuries on May 7, 2020.
