Destiny Smith, a 20-year-old woman from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost her life on May 30, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:30 a.m., when police were called to downtown Kansas City following reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, officers discovered Destiny Smith deceased at the scene, along with two other individuals—a woman and a man—who were critically injured by gunfire.
