On September 27, 2010, authorities in Indianapolis, Indiana, initiated a homicide investigation following the discovery of a deceased individual on the city’s east side. Police officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of North Sherman Drive, a residential area known as the Blackburn Terrace apartments.
