In the summer of 2020, the life of 35-year-old Kerry Smith, a male resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of June 28th, police were dispatched to a residence in the Carondelet neighborhood in the southern part of the city. The initial call was for an attempted suicide, but what officers discovered in the basement of the home was a grim and violent scene.
