Terrance "TJ" Monte' Foster Jr., a 30-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically became the victim of a violent crime on July 26, 2020. Born on February 22, 1990, to LaVanda D. Alexander and Terrence M. Foster, TJ's life was cut short due to the injuries he sustained during the incident.
