Hugh Martin Nolan, a 22-year-old Irish national from Blacklion, County Cavan, went missing on April 20, 1994, in San Francisco, California. He had moved to the U.S. in 1993, initially staying in New York with his sister for eight months before relocating to San Francisco. At the time of his disappearance, Nolan was living with roommates in the Sunset District.
