Joseph Mangol, a 22-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically killed on November 1, 2020. The incident occurred just before 9 a.m. near the intersection of Independence and Monroe Avenues. Kansas City police responded to a shooting call and found Mangol unresponsive, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of emergency medical services, he was declared dead at the scene.
