Margarita Paez, aged 37, tragically lost her life on November 6, 2020, in Kansas City, Missouri. She was one of the victims in a quadruple shooting incident that occurred at a Phillips 66 gas station in the West Bottoms area. The incident also claimed the life of 43-year-old Floyd Freeman and left two others injured. According to court documents, the shooting was initiated by 27-year-old Juan C. Berumen, who brandished a handgun at a group of males in the parking lot.
