Charles Braxton, a 57-year-old male, became the victim of a fatal shooting in Saint-Louis, Missouri, in a dispute that began over rent. The tragic events unfolded on January 3, 2021, when Braxton went to the residence of his tenant, Lamont E. Johnson, in the Tower Grove East neighborhood to collect payment. An argument ensued between the two men, which escalated to the point where Johnson shot Braxton.
