On the afternoon of March 29, 2021, authorities in Saint Louis, Missouri, were alerted to a violent scene unfolding in the city's northern district. Officers dispatched to the intersection of North Spring Avenue and Dr. Martin Luther King Drive discovered a vehicle stationed in the 1400 block of North Spring Avenue.
