Inside the bullet-riddled car, they found 29-year-old Black male Terrell Martez Moore, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
Despite the arrival of emergency responders, Moore had already succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, marking a tragic end to the life of the young resident.
