Jacob Wayne Rowden, a 28-year-old resident of Springfield, Missouri, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2021. The incident occurred during an argument about a stolen cell phone. According to reports, Cody Browning, 32, confronted Rowden at a home on South Stewart Avenue, accusing him of stealing his phone. The confrontation escalated, and Browning shot Rowden under his left armpit. Despite efforts to save him, Rowden succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
