On a spring evening in St. Louis, Missouri, the life of 19-year-old Keon Barnes was tragically cut short. On April 26, 2021, Barnes, a male resident of Florissant, was at Martin's Market located at 4324 Martin Luther King Drive in the Vandeventer neighborhood.
